Academic Achievement!

Rebecca was one of three kids in her class of 24 to win a free dinner to a local restaurant at school assembly today for academic excellence! Of course, something like that's just too cool to put off for a later date, so we went straight to Izzy's after pickup. She's absolutely glowing with pride, but she did whisper to me over her chicken wing that the prize might have been harder to win if the work in 1st grade wasn't so darn easy. :D
